Ti recently traveled to Rishikesh, India to continue her study of yoga, mindfulness, and Ayurveda. The journey ignited her passion for whole person wellness – connecting body, mind, and spirit. Ti has dedicated herself to the practice and teaching of yoga – of “sharing the yoga love” as she calls it. She discovered the transformative power of yoga during a difficult time in her life. Not only did she fall in love with yoga, it also saved her. Since then, her yoga practice has remained a constant refuge through life’s ups and downs. Meeting up on the mat, being present in the moment, moving through each asana, and breathing deeply has continuously provided clarity, potency, and inspiration.
Ti trained in the disciplines of Power-Vinyasa, alignment-based Hatha, and Ashtanga Yoga, and she loves combining the elements of these styles into a dynamic, alignment-based flow. She teaches with detail and clarity, incorporating anatomy cues and yoga philosophy to deepen one’s practice. Her classes are challenging and yet centering. They are always different, but collectively build toward increasing strength, flexibility, and confidence. She also loves to laugh and her lighthearted spirit shines through in each class. Expect to go deep in body and breath and to feel invigorated afterwards.
