Tiffany is a RYT through Yoga Alliance and a certified ACE Group Exercise Instructor, who has been teaching in the fitness field since 2003. She is drawn to the physical and emotional healing that comes with practicing yoga. Tiffany's classes foster an environment of non-judgment of oneself and others, and the reminder of contentment with what you have and who you are. She stresses a connection to the core as well as the importance of proper alignment, yet still leaves space for individuality. Her classes are typically a flowing/vinyasa style set usually to music and teeter between uncertainty and familiarity. She believes it is within our own imbalances that we find our outer strength and inner calm and that any perceived imperfections are actually gifts that lead us to uncovering our true potential.
