I have been practicing yoga since 2000, but it was not until 2005 that I found the lineage that worked for me, both mind and body. The lineage if fell in love with was the Bishnu Ghosh Lineage, which most know better as Bikram yoga. However, there is much more to the lineage than what Bikram teaches and how he teaches it. It is a very holistically therapeutic.

In 2008 I was trained and certified to teach the Ghosh Lineage at Bija Hot Yoga Teacher Training. I began teaching right out of training and then in 2012 left my office job to become a full time teacher as well as to start my own little Yog-Adventure company: Wandering Spirit Yoga Travel.

Since taking on teaching as a career I have focused much time and energy studying and understanding what FUNCTIONAL body movement really entails. The human body is endlessly fun to study.

This December 2014 I will also become a comprehensively certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor.

Tiffany is a committed and conscientious instructor

Tiffany is one of my very favorite yoga instructors - I love taking her classes because she's very friendly and knowledgeable. She is experienced and knows a ton about the body. I feel safe in her class because she knows what she's doing but it's also fun because of her lighthearted spirit.

Fantastic Yoga Mentor and Teacher

Tiffany is one of the most accessible and wonderful yoga instructors I have come across. She is incredibly intuitive, mindful, and respectful of the individual and their own particular yoga practice. Tiffany takes the time to understand, if you want to share, the challenges that each person faces and works with them to create goals and opportunities within the yoga practice. I have been a student of hers for the last 4 years or so and she has helped me regain a lot of movement in a knee that was surgically repaired. She has also helped me generally maintain a healthy balance. Highly recommended!
