I always say to my students that I´m here for them, not the other way around. I encourage to come as you are, we are all different and everyday is a different one. We need balance and we need body/mind awareness to learn how to read our bodies.

I´m more of a guide on one´s journey. It is more challenging to travel than to arrive. Everyone has their own reasons for stepping on that mat and I encourage to nurture those reasons, then to let go of the reasons and learn more to listen to your body. It is best to listen to your own body, but it is also very important to know the rules before breaking them. My own yoga teacher taught me to learn alignment through doing, alignment that comes naturally through your own experience, suitable for your own body. I teach anatomically correct alignment in my classes, I do gentle hands on adjustments and teach how to let go and not to take it too seriously.

I studied traditional Hatha Yoga in Northern India at Patanjali International Yoga Foundation RYS 200 and I have studied with KYM Chennai in the Living Tradition of Krishnamacharaya.

I´m always studying more and attending different workshops around the world. I have been practicing different styles of yoga and attended workshops about Astanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga and Iyengar Yoga with some of the best teachers around the world.

I studied at the Open University (University of Jyväskylä) Sport Science courses and anatomy classes. I´m all the time upgrading this ancient knowledge of yoga with the newest western anatomy approach and I want to create a safe space for everyone on their journey with yoga.

For the past 7 years I have been doing yoga and travelled around the world. For that I´ve been privileged to practice yoga with many different styles and teachers around the world. My own practice includes Hatha, Flow, Astanga, Yin and Kundalini Yoga.

Subtle energies and yogic anatomy interest me. I don´t believe we do have only one way of looking things so I do get also my inspiration for my teaching from ancient Vedic Yoga knowledge and as well Chinese Medicine. I also love healing arts and Chakra Therapy. I study nutrition and wellness and do believe in holistic approach in everything.

“Your hand opens and closes, opens and closes. If it were always a fist or always stretched open, you would be paralysed. Your deepest presence is in every small contracting and expanding, the two as beautifully balanced and coordinated as birds' wings.” ― Rumi

See you on the mat,
