Tim started his yoga journey in 2003 with the use of books and through self instruction developed a consistent home Hatha practice. In 2011 after 8 years of home practice he took his first class and quickly gravitated to the Ashtanga Vinyasa system where he eventually met his teacher Ron Reid from Downward Dog Yoga Centre in Toronto. Through Ron's training he deepened his understanding of body movement within the Ashtanga system and now blends tradition with evolution to provide his students with awareness, steadiness and depth to support longevity and non-harm.

A student in Tim's class would expect a moderate pace class focused on alignment and breath with plenty of verbals cues and tailored adjustments.
