Tina Chappel has been studying yoga and meditation for more than 25 years. Her own practice incorporates several different styles, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, and flow. Certified as a yoga instructor by eminent yogi Ana Forrest of the Forrest Yoga Circle, she is Yoga Jones’s owner/director. Her classes emphasize realization of yoga’s potential for unlocking each student’s physical, mental, and spiritual capacities.
