Yoga came into my life 15 years ago and since then it has been my anchor and my joy. I enjoy teaching yoga from beginners to seasoned practitioners. In my classes you might hear the alignment based cues of an Iyengar style class, but also have the fun flow of vinyasa. Regardless of whether the class is a gentle or vigorous flow, or a restorative or meditation class, my wish for you is that your practice deepens the relationship you have with your own most authentic self!
