Tina has been practicing yoga for 12 years and completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training as well as her 95 hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training. She is currently completing her 500 hour certification through DIG Yoga. She has done extensive training with Jillian Pransky in Restorative Yoga. She has done extensive study in anxiety and trauma. She came to yoga not only for the physical benefits but for the ability to finally find body awareness and the ability to breathe throughout the craziness of life. After suffering from bouts of depression and anxiety for most of her life she has found yoga to be just what is needed to calm and relax her mind while strengthening her body. She is a mom of four and has 20+ years experience in Maternal Child Health Nursing. She brings her background to the mat to teach men, women, teens, and children how to find balance and love for themselves on and off the mat.
