After studies in behaviour science, massage therapy, kinesiology and yoga Tina tend to integrate all these therapies together with a traditional yin, hatha and/or kundalini yoga practice. On request Tina also does Yantra yoga to be able to individualise the practice further.

As a teacher in a ski resort town, Tina also do plenty of classes designed to help you improve on the board or the skis.
