Tina originally started doing yoga to recover from back surgery over a decade ago, but it didn’t take long before she was also enjoying the calming feeling it provided her. After relocating to the Twin Cities in 2006 she began attending classes at CorePower Yoga and by 2011 completed the teacher training and extensions programs.
She enjoys teaching students of all ages and abilities. To help students experience the beauty of breath and energy is a strong focus in the beginning and intermediate classes she teaches. The spiritual and meditative sides of yoga continue to inspire her, as do the many great teachers and students she continues to learn from. Yoga has added a deep purpose and direction to her life she wishes to share with all she comes in contact with.
