I have been on a holistic wellness path, learning several methods of non-pharmaceutical relief for stiffness, pain, and stress relief. I’ve had training in both reflexology and shiatsu to help work trigger points on the body.

I received my Reiki I and II attunements in 2018 in Usui Ryoho. I incorporate Reiki in the Shiatsu and Reflexology sessions.

After a year of clinical practice as a Level 2, I was awarded the Level 3 Certified Clinical Aromatherapist designation in 2018. My aromatherapy courses are approved by NAHA, the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapists, the reigning national body of Aromatherapy.

After starting my love of yoga and meditation in the 80s, my yoga teacher training was completed in February 15, 2019 as a certified yoga instructor. I am Yoga Alliance registered.
