I have been practicing yoga for 10 years. Over the years it brought me so much joy and stability to my life, I completed the Prana Flow teacher training in 2013 led by Carson Efrid. Later that year, I also completed a Senior Yoga training led by Marta Catz. I love teaching yoga to seniors because of the tremendous benefits it yields to their lives. My intention was to always teach yoga to the senior population and to adapt the practice not only for the body but also the mind. I teach in a variety of different ways with blocks, chairs and wall. I believe that yoga is truly for everyone no matter age or limitations. I also believe in a yoga practice that is sustainable and sustaining over the whole course of your life.
