Tobias Johansson was born and raised in Sweden. He has been an outdoor enthusiast, educator and guide for most of his life. He started teaching scuba diving at the age of 15 and has been guiding and / or training guides in scuba diving, rafting, kayaking and backcountry skiing for 20 years. Before moving to the US in 2003, he was a ranger and platoon leader for the Swedish military and graduated with a Masters in Engineering. He started doing yoga in 2011 when he met his wife, and instantly realized the amazing benefits of this practice. He continues to study and practice, applying the yogic principles of mind, breath and alignment to his activities and life. Tobias is an RYT-200 teacher. He trained with Tara Judelle and the School of Embodied Flow™ in Bali and Greece.
