Teaching and practicing yoga has transformed me into someone I'd never thought I could be. A deeper understanding of who I am, a more understanding partner and mother. I have learned to nurture and love myself first before I give to others. My classes approach yoga in a very down to earth style. Anyone can do it, anyone can have the benefits. When I'm not on the mat I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, walking my dogs, mountain biking and kayaking. I take my yoga practice with me everywhere I go.
