I qualified as a yoga teacher with Jim Harrington and Tamsin Sheehy in 2008. Since then I have continued to study with both of them, as well as other teachers, such as Simon Borg-Olivier and and Shimon Ben Avi.
I teach vinyasa as well as Yoga Synergy in private and group classes.
I am committed to yoga asana and pranayama practice because I believe that the amount of stress and pressure we are exposed to on a daily basis negatively affects our physical, mental and spiritual health. Through the practice of yoga asana, affirmation, relaxation and visualisation we all recognize that we have the power to change the world: both internally and externally.
