I was introduced to yoga in 2012 and completed my first 200 hr teacher training in 2013, since then my personal practice and teaching has continued to evolve and take me to places I would not have thought possible. My journey led me from vinyasa to yin yoga, and I have attended several teacher trainings with renowned yin yoga and meditation teachers Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers. In 2015 my training took yet another unexpected detour when I was introduced to Budokon yoga, a martial arts influenced practice. This extraordinary form of movement practice has taken me to a whole new level and I enjoy sharing this unique experience with others.
I enjoy teaching small groups and private clients to explore how to use the power of yoga to create a life filled with meaning and compassion.
