Hello, my name is Tonya Hackley and I teach Svaroopa yoga in Richmond RI. I love this yoga because it teaches you how to become aware of your body. When you become more aware of your body you can then start to work along with it.
Each class provides, guided awareness meditations, a deep breathing practice, fully supported poses, individual attention and a calm centered experience.

A Calming influence

The class was quite relaxing and Tonya is a a fantastic instructor. Her calming voice and willingness to help you to achieve the pose without hovering too much, was great.
