A lecturer by trade Tonya Russell began practicing yoga in 2000 to help balance the BUSY of family and academic life. Her Yoga studies began in Dubai where learned and practiced daily in the warmth of lush Arabic gardens and in the plush resorts. In 2004 she returned to New Zealand and established Yoga Circle.
Yoga Circle is now a lovely community of people and the purpose is to hold time and space to disconnect from busy and reconnect with oneself through breath and mindful movement.
She has a passion for well-being and a commitment to share the benefits of creating a life you love through Yoga and Mindset coaching.
