I took my Bikram Yoga training in the Fall of 2007 and I have been teaching since November 2007. I also teach Vinyasa style classes and create different classes that cater to different segments of the population. I would recommend yoga to anyone who wants to improve their health and relieve stress. I began practicing yoga because my Grandmother, Emmy Cleaves has been teaching for over 40 years and she is one of the most senior teachers in the Bikram Yoga community. I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and master's degree in Public Health. My ultimate goal is to inspire as many people as possible to start a practice that can improve their overall health.
