The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In a Vinyasa style class, you will move from one pose to another with an emphasis on linking your breath to your movement. In this dynamic form of yoga, each instructor brings their own distinct style and sequence to their instruction. Vinyasa classes offers both physical and mental benefits. A focus on synchronized breathing re-energizes the body and relaxes the mind, releasing any energy blockage throughout the body. Beginner through advanced practitioners are welcome to all Vinyasa style classes.
