I am a Yoga teacher with more than 30 years of teaching behind me. I have done several teacher trainings in Ashtanga Yoga, with Derek and Radha and one with John Scott that stretched over two years. I have more than 2.000 hours of classroom training at the Purna Yoga College.
I normally teach at the studio I founded in 2010, Purna Yoga Helsinki.
I have trained 200-hr yoga teachers in both Helsinki and abroad for the past 10 years.
I've also trained quite a bit in therapeutics and have a passion for that field.
Yoga is an amazing method, the more you learn, the more you realize there is left to learn.
