I was drawn to yoga to help heal my mind and body. As I began to get older I knew I had to make some lifestyle changes so I could age gracefully. I signed up for a 500 hour teacher training program and became a registered yoga teacher in 2014. I believe in a more mindful and gentle approach to yoga. When we can take time to be present in a yoga pose we allow ourselves to work on our own individual needs. We can learn to engage and align our body's safely and mindfully. I tend to teach with modifications so that you can have the freedom to flow with me or deepen into your practice.
