My teaching style focuses on mindfulness, movement and sound.
I was drawn to yoga to help heal my mind and body. As I began to get older I knew I had to make some lifestyle changes so I could age gracefully. So naturally I turned to yoga. With a desire to understand yoga I signed up for a teacher training program and became a registered yoga teacher in 2014. I have enjoyed teaching so much. I also became aware that I needed more knowledge . Therefore, I am currently training at Inbody Yoga Academy in the Yoga Therapy program. I believe in a more mindful approach to yoga. Integrating the mind body and heart with each practice. I look forward to seeing you all in my classes. Namaste
