Yoga has been a part of my journey for over 13 years now. Through my practice, it has offered an awareness in which has created space from the obstacles in my own body (physically, mentally, and spiritually) to live a more flexible and fearless life, both on and off the mat.
I have found that yoga is a relationship that is built between your body, mind, and breath while it has also inspired me to live each moment mindfully.
