I have been doing yoga for about 12 years now but opened my own studio almost 1 year ago. I started to guide my own classes about 3 years ago. I have been a dance teacher in the past and it was an easy transition to teach yoga. I specialize in beginner yoga because I feel that everyone can do yoga and a lot of people may be intimidated just walking into a class. I want to change that! I have my own studio, The Natural Wellness Studio, where I hold three classes per week and also do private sessions. I am also an herbalist and aromatherapist and work with crystals, meditation, journaling and many other forms of natural healing to help people on their path to a naturally healthy lifestyle! Reflexology is on the way!
