Tracy’s interest in yoga has grown and developed over the past couple of years, with personal benefits found through healing injuries, flexibility, strength, self inquiry and over all general well being. Tracy has practiced a variety of yoga styles, including hot yoga, Jivamukti, Ashtanga and Forrest yoga among others. However Tracy’s dedication to Vinyasa Flow yoga, comes from the essence that you almost dance through the postures on your mat, linking in with her previous dance training and experience.
In 2011, Tracy completed her HND in Dance at Kidderminster College, with a distinction profile, two University Academic Scholarships and a Higher Education Outstanding Achievement Award. She then completed a BA in Classical Ballet and Dance Performance at Ballet West in Scotland.
Tracy trained directly under Mercedes Ngoh in 2014 and completed her three-week intensive training studies with one of the UK’s most influential and creative Vinyasa Flow Yoga guides, which included focus on alignment, hands-on adjustments, Pranayama (breath), vigorous asana practice, theory, meditation, anatomy and history of yoga.

Tracy’s other passion lies with lovingly creating and preparing raw vegan food, which she then sells and promotes through, raw food dinner events and delivery services in Worcester, Birmingham and Cheltenham,1:1 raw food tutorials discussing health benefits, variety of food and meal options, along with demos on how to replicate these rawtastic delights at home. Tracy’s latest raw venture is currently setting up the sales of her foods at Wholefoods Market Cheltenham.
