I'm a yogini with an itch for adventure. When I'm not on my mat, you can find me climbing the side of a mountain, running through obstacle courses, or traveling the world. I first sought out Yoga to help with low-back problems, but this quickly blossomed into a beautiful passion. Yoga has been my rock throughout the years, my un-changing haven that has helped me find the balance between both body & mind.

Vinyasa Yoga is one of the most popular forms of Yoga currently being practiced today. Vinyasa literally means to thread or to place in a special way. In the context of the style of practice, this refers to linking of the body movement with the breath. Vinyasa Yoga becomes almost a dance-like practice, with each pose flowing effortlessly into the next, motivating the inhales and exhales. Synchronizing breath with movement quiets and relaxes the mind and allows for the most optimal benefits of each pose.
