I'm a yogini with an itch for adventure. When I'm not on my mat, you can find me climbing the side of a mountain, running through obstacle courses, or traveling the world. I first sought out Yoga to help with low-back problems, but this quickly blossomed into a beautiful passion. Yoga has been my rock throughout the years, my un-changing haven that has helped me find the balance between both body & mind.

Yoga has been my guiding light back to my true, inner self. It has given me my voice. It has empowered me. And I want to share this gift with you. Yoga is not a cure-all for every one of life's ailments. It is a lifestyle that cultivates a stronger sense of well-being and a more harmonious mind-body connection so that you may live healthy, happy, balanced lives.

As a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor, I'm dedicated to serving you -- nurturing your mind & body and prolonging its longevity through a practice that has helped so many through the years. Whether you want to find clarity, relieve stress, or increase strength & flexibility, she is here to help guide you towards better overall health & well-being.

Vinyasa Yoga is one of the most popular forms of Yoga currently being practiced today. Vinyasa literally means to thread or to place in a special way. In the context of the style of practice, this refers to linking of the body movement with the breath. Vinyasa Yoga becomes almost a dance-like practice, with each pose flowing effortlessly into the next, motivating the inhales and exhales. Synchronizing breath with movement quiets and relaxes the mind and allows for the most optimal benefits of each pose.
