Initially trained as a dancer, Trev have a keen eye for aesthetics and alignment.
Semi-retiring from his dance career due to several injuries, Trev was determined to find a way to heal himself without surgery.
Although he have been doing and instructing stretching and conditioning exercises for years, it has never struck him that yoga can also heal people until he torn both his meniscus and suffered a thoracic spine compression.
He have since traveled to Thailand, Bali and India to study yoga and attended numerous yoga workshops, masterclasses and teachers training to hone his knowledge and skills in body mechanics and yoga philosophy.
Right now, he dedicates most of his time to share the joy and love for healthy living and promote safe and effective body usage with people.
