Tricia graduated from CSNN in 2004 as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. With a background in Environmental Studies, she spearheaded The World In A Garden, a multicultural urban farm project that educates youth and community on the cultural, nutritional and environmental benefits of growing and eating food.
Her global vision is to build 10 gardens in developing regions of the world. Founded in Vancouver, The World In A Garden will be working to build its first international project through local partnerships.
Tricia co-facilitates a retreat called The Yoga of Nutrition and offers customized nutritional programs. Practicing yoga for over 12 years, she has been studying Arkaya Yoga under Yogacharini Maitreyi for the last 6 years.
Tricia is also passionate about sharing home grown food with others, working with kids and eating honey off the bee hives.
