My name is Tricia and I have been teaching Vinyasa (flowing) Yoga for 5 years. My classes are great for beginners to intermediate. I like to bring "fun" and "happiness" onto the mat allowing a sense of lightness and success for everyone. Every BODY has the ability to do Yoga.
