Trina's classes are inspired by what she has learned and discovered from her own yoga practice, her teacher trainings, and the workshops and classes she continues to take from many inspiring teachers. Most recently, she completed Advanced Teacher Training with Ana Forrest and Kelley Rush, at Two Rivers Yoga studio.
Trina encourages each person to listen to their own body and practice their yoga with integrity, compassion, and awareness. Her classes are customized and sequenced with emphasis on allowing individuals of all fitness levels to participate and enjoy.
Besides yoga, Trina loves participating in barre3 classes, Pilates, Zumba, and kickboxing classes. She also enjoys playing golf, mountain biking, snowboarding and hiking. Trina has been instructing the TPC Signature Yoga Class since 2004 and is also a certified barre3 Instructor. During the Summer, Trina also instructs Aqua Fitness, a dynamic and flowing class that is practiced in the water, at the TPC pool.
