I’ve been sharing my love of yoga for 23 years, and hope that the open and down to earth approach I’ve developed over the years makes yoga accessible to everyone.
I believe that practice is a process starts on the mat but doesn’t end there. Yoga’s potential for personal development and self- awareness can encourage you to explore your inner world. By learning to understand your thoughts, feelings and reactions on the yoga mat you can begin to apply what you discover to everyday life.
I teach open classes, workshops, yoga holidays, yoga and creativity, yoga and horse assisted learning, yoga for teenagers and yoga for addiction isssues
My open classes are
