I have practiced yoga as a healing tool for the past 3 years, working very successfully with keeping my body, mind and soul journey in balance. I have found Yoga especially helpful as a tool of healing on my journey with IBS and PTS and trauma release.
I am a resident yoga teacher at the Pachamama forest Retreat center since November 2016.
I work mostly with a blend of Kundalini and Yin yoga and through my personal experience have found this to be a powerful combination for self-healing and transformation.
I do one-on-one sessions, to target specific requirements and also work with groups.
I facilitate regular classes as well as host Yoga-intensive work-shops at Pachamama Forest retreat every other month.
