These courses initiated Raghavan into the beautiful practices and techniques of Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga which is ultimately based on the teaching of Maharishi Patanjali and also includes aspects from the Bengali Tantric system of the Brighu Rishi Paramparai and the Shaiva Siddhanta south Indian Tantric system.
