A runner, gym expert, yoga teacher and an entrepreneur. After attaining my yoga teacher certification from Sivananda; I went to study and practice various yoga forms including Iyenger, Ashtanga, Bikram yoga etc. simultaneously applying the techniques in cardio and gym. Studied anatomy to fine tune my knowledge on functioning of muscles.
The result is a trainer who mixes various forms of exercises including cardio, gym, yoga etc to get the desired result for sportsmen. I have worked with various sportsmen to date and helped them in healing from injuries and attain speed, agility or overall fitness.
Runs a small studio in Bangalore (3 classes a day)
