Ursula currently teaches Scaravelli Inspired Yoga in Europe and Asia. She loves to share her ongoing research in moving gracefully and developing inner strength with just the right amount of effort to keep the flow seemingly effortless and at ease with ones own body. As a former Dancer and certified in Yoga from the tradition of Krishnamacharya, she went on studying many years with Diane Long a wellknown Yoga teacher and main student of Vanda Scaravelli,
In Ursula's teaching today, her interest lays in creating wholeness, spaceousness and restfullness, being guided by the rhythm of the breath. Her main focus is rooted in listening to the inner guidance of ones own body, using gravity and a deepening of the motion through the spine, rather than acting up on a vigorous body training.
