My name is Urszula Sundari. A Yoga Teacher and Nurtitionist at Sundari Yoga and Nutrition. At the moment I teach a class for woman every Wednesday 9.30am-11am at Synchronicity Studios SW9 and to the private clients in Chelsea.
My Sundari Yoga Classes are rooted in Sivananda yoga teaching traditions, but are built my students. I follow the basic 12 posture class routine. The practice of those asanas during which we apply gentle pressure on the internal organs increases the circulation in the entire body, improves flexibility, strength and stamina. The routine also aid detoxification and leave students feeling relax, energised, revitalised and younger looking. You don’t need to be flexible or have any previous experience. Yoga is a gentle exercise suitable for everyone. I will adapt the class according to your abilities and experience.
As a qualified Nutritionist I also offer Personalised Healthy Eating Plans that help my clients to achieve their health goals. May it be weight loss, prenatal care, stress management, keeping the youthful looks, detoxing or dealing with food intolerances, I give the guidance and support my clients need.
