i teach vinyasa, heated vinyasa, hatha, and therapeutic yoga. i strive to balance stretching with strength as well as the emotional and spiritual elements with the physical in every class. i thoughtfully observe each student in every class and work to help everyone grow on their mats and hopefully off of their mats, too. i love the flow of vinyasa, but i keep my pace on the slower side so the depth of each asana can be experienced fully. i also teach private yoga classes.
