I discovered yoga in 2009 while curiously trying to discover a fun way to stay active. At that time, I was primarily focused on the physical aspects of it and after my first class of yoga, I found it was not as easy as I imagined but true surprise was the sense of peace and joy I found each and every time I returned to my mat. Now, through my own years of refinement, practice and education, I believe yoga can be for everyone. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with asanas and pranayama. My mission is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. I teach Iyengar Yoga which is a form of Hatha Yoga focused on alignment. Each practice is creative, unique, fun and safe that will invigorate your body and enliven your spirit. Targeting various ailments, diseases and disorders the asanas can be designed and adjusted based on your needs. Intertwined with compassion and kindness centered philosophy, you are sure to feel lighthearted and vibrant each and every time.
