My training is in Hatha yoga in the Ashtanga and Gental yoga style with Jonny Kest and Anusara method with Geri Portnoy. I have studied Yoga as Therapy with Doug Keller. My specialty is being able to tailor a class or private session to fit the needs of each individual. In a group class part of the fun of teaching is to offer many pose options so everyone leaves feeling better than when they came in. Yoga is meant to bring relief and joy into our lives and my teaching does that!
