I am a freelance instructor and Personal trainer. I learnt a form of Hatha Yoga called Bhava Yoga which encourages you to become more in touch with your asanas by feeling them on a more emotional level. I have also trained with Forrest Yoga guardian Jambo Truong and incorporate Forrest Yoga inspiration into my classes. I love anatomy and biomechanics of the human body and can help you to work within your own limitations to heal your body. I have influences from Forrest Yoga and Ashtanga but teach with my own style. I am also a complementary therapist offering Yoga Bodywork, Reiki, Reflexology and Yoga Therapy.
