My classes are led with a playful spirit; encourage students to laugh, let go of their ego, moving freely with safe alignment that can benefit their mind and body is my aim.
I’ve been a runner and always held a deep appreciation for physical fitness. I found yoga 3 years ago; I had no idea the life changing effect it would have on me. I was captivated by the physical, mental and emotional awareness it started to convey within me on and off my mat.
Training: Finishing my 300 hour certificate with Fred Busch in 2014.
Received my 200 hour certificate with ReneeYoga in 2013.
Attended weekend workshops with Tiffany Cruikshank, Briohny & Dice, Kathryn Budig, Noah Maze, John Friend.
