Vanessa has been on the yoga mat for 14 years. She teaches a fusion of Kundalini, Flow, Hatha and Meditation, with the art of Pranayama being at the core of all her teachings.
Vanessa is the international author of OM FOR THE MOM, and is a devoted Yogini and teacher who imparts her wonderful passion for life and well-being throughout all her work. Her yoga and meditation style is a fusion of multiple yogic disciplines, and is both spiritual, while embodying the traditional movements and philosophy of yoga. Her classes focus on breath, alignment and the interconnection between mind, body and spirit. Vanessa's classes include her love of dance, a soulful blend of devotional chants and mantra, world music and ambient grooves.
Outside of the yoga studio, Vanessa also leads international yoga and meditation retreats, and is the co-founder of the new TV show - Prana Warriors.
