Post-Work Energizer Flow every Monday from 6-7:00pm at Blue Honey Yoga ()

The Golden Hour (Sun Salutations) every Friday from 7-8:00am at Blue Honey Yoga ()

Yin Yoga for Athletes (Yoga for Athletes: Every TUESDAY) every Tuesday from 6-7:15pm at Austin BodyWorker ()—Currently on hold due to ABW expansion/construction plans

YoRunGa (YoRunGa) every Third Tuesday of the Month from 6:30-7:30pm at Luke’s Locker ()

Injury Prevention Yoga (Yoga for the Active Austinite: EVERY WEDNESDAY) every Wednesday from 7:00pm-8:00pm at Texas Running Company (17)
