My name is Vanja and yoga is a part of my everyday life.
My first time on the mat was in Denmark, Rörvig Folkehöjskole in 1995
I studied Ayurveda, Trancendental Meditation and expansion of the mind. I was a angry and determined young woman suffering from chronic back pain, searching for a way to handle this pain.
After 4 months of everyday yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic remedies my back healed and ever since I use yoga to keep healthy. Since 2014 I teach yoga with the hope to help people heal and live a pain free life.
