Initially studied Accounting & Finance and worked successfully since 2003 for 8 years at Credit Control dpt. In 2008 I started working part-time professionally in the Fitness Industry.
Deciding to follow a healthier life-style I quit my daytime job on March 2010 and start to work exclusively in the fitness industry.

Usually my classes have a more dynamic feel and they keep connecting the breath with the aligned execution of the asanas. My goal is to reveal the infinite capabilities of the human body & mind of everyone who attend my class.
I am also a Yoga Pre-Natal instructor, Post-Natal, Pilates instructor, Kettlebell instructor (and athlete), TaeBo instructor (Muay Thai practitioner), Aqua Fitness instructor, apnea lover and kiteboarder.
On 2011 I start working at Studio "Phoebe Pilates & Wellness" ().
Always a lover of learning & continuing education on all levels, have practiced also Iyengar Yoga in Greece & abroad with great teachers like Ross Rayburn (Immersion to Anusara), Todd Tesen, Surrinder Singh, Stephanie Sayegh, etc.
During 2012 I finished 6 workshops on Massage, and Thai Massage. During 2014-2015 I studied Spineworks (form of Osteopathy).
Since 2017 I offer workshops on "Fitness for Yogis & Yoginis" during TT200 conducted by Michalis Filinis. Since 2019 I am super excited to teach Anatomy & Kinesiology on TT200 by Michalis Filinis & Korelli Eleni, in Piraeus, Greece.
I feel really happy & content that I am able to serve the community in a way that makes me so fulfilled!
