I’ve been practicing yoga casually most of my life when as a young teen my Mom gave me a pocket book on yoga poses. There were no videos, no classes and I remember how elusive the poses were to my undisciplined body. I flirted with yoga on and off for years. When I became a runner I found the yoga enhanced my running and allowed me to avoid injury and ramped up my practice of yoga. Finally I committed to daily practice and I began my 200 hour teacher training in 2014 followed by a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I love to bring the joy of yoga to beginners specializing in those people over forty who don’t know where to begin.
