Yoga is for everyone and its my challenge to be able to teach at any level. From the basic beginner to intermediate and everyone in between. My goal is that you experience your practice in the way that is uniquely right for you, and I'll help you get the most out of it. Classes are combined with music, breath and continuous flow of movement for a challenging and energizing experience knowing that any kind of yoga will do your body good.
