Yoga is for everyone and its my challenge to be able to teach at any level. From the basic beginner to intermediate and everyone in between. My goal is that you experience your practice in the way that is uniquely right for you, and I'll help you get the most out of it. Classes are combined with music, breath and continuous flow of movement for a challenging and energizing experience knowing that any kind of yoga will do your body good.

I want to share the yoga experience with you. Bring a mat, towel and water. Hope to see you soon!

I have attended 3 classes of Veronica's. My expectations for Yoga have been met and then some! Her teaching's on the "breath" has helped me relax and focus on the here and now and letting all that other stuff "go"...!
Veronica is an amazing instructor! She comes to class prepared and ready to teach! She teaches a new pose at each session! She shows variations of each pose, beginner, intermediate and expert.


Her class is a total body workout, if that's what your looking for! I have lost weight and firmed up! Yes!!!
I hope that Veronica never stops teaching! That would be a great loss!
