Using body (asanas) and breath (pranayam) Veronica's classes combine Vinyasa flow and static postures to bring students into a gentle meditative state, thereby encouraging the renewal and restoration of mind, body and spirit.
Veronica encourages students to trust their intuition both inside and outside of class, and to enjoy not only the physical practice of yoga, but the mental, spiritual and energetic elements of the practice too. Veronica encourages students to listen to their bodies and work in a way that feels right and safe while having fun.
