I started yoga in 2000, just before I was officially diagnosed with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis.
Over the years, I studied and practiced different types of yoga with different teachers: Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Forrest Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Therapy Yoga… and it has helped me manage my life with MS in many different ways. This is why I decided to become a Yoga teacher.
I first trained as a Vinyasa teacher with Frog Lotus International in 2009 and then decided to do an advanced teacher training in Yoga Therapy in 2013 in Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences and Research.
I love teaching both Vinyasa flow and Yoga Therapy! I organise Yoga retreats and workshops for people with MS in different countries but also love teaching my local Vinyasa classes. I also started to teach chair yoga classes in Surrey.
